What Volunteers Do
Every Wednesday night, a group of dedicated community members gathers at Congregation Ahavas Achim, 216 S. First Ave, Highland Park to pack Shabbos boxes. The boxes are then delivered to families across Highland Park, Edison, and East Brunswick before Shabbos.
No prior experience is needed — just show up, and we'll find a way to put you to work. Packing typically takes a few hours.
Deliveries
Help transport packed boxes to families before Shabbos. A car and a few hours is all you need.
Yom Tov Packing
Extra hands are needed before Yom Tov. These sessions are especially meaningful and are open to everyone.
